Yes! We know the family isn’t complete without our four-legged friends, so we are pet-friendly. We’ll even provide a little gift for them on arrival, we just ask that you tell us in your booking that you will be bringing your pet.  

Yes, each apartment comes with its own designated parking space outside the building.

We have 2 7kW Easee chargers, simply let us know before you arrive that you would like to use our EV-chargers. We can then give you the instructions for being able to access them.  

As a standard, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am.  But guests are able to request an early check-in time of from 12pm, or late check-out time of 12pm for a small fee of £20. Simply use the link in the emails sent to you prior to arriving and departing.

Yes! Guests are able to request an early check-in time of from 12pm on the day of arrival, and/or a late check-out time of 12pm on the day of departure. There is a small fee of £20 to do so. Fair Rigg is only 0.8 miles from Bowness-on-Windermere. It is a 2-minute drive or 15 minute walk.  

Yes, Cradel Haus provides free, high-speed WiFi in all of our apartments. Find the passwords in the guestbook on arrival.  

All of our apartments are self-catering. This means they all have fridges, NEFF Oven, Hob and Microwave (in the studio there is no hob, and combination microwave), Nespresso coffee machines, kettles, toasters, tableware, pots and pans, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.   

All apartments come with ironing boards and irons, clothes hangers, hair dryers, towels, and hair and body washes.  

Yes, we are not adults-only. We love having families come and stay with us to make memories. All apartments apart from the studio have full-size double sofa beds, so the whole family can fit in. If you need a travel cot or high-chair then we have them available, just let us know in advance you will be needing them.
