We’re taking a long-standing local building and bringing it back to life, transforming it into 17 luxury apart-hotel suites designed for modern stays in the Lakes.
Following the success of Fair Rigg, Grey Walls strikes a sophisticated balance between its rugged Lakeland exterior and a modern, “ultra-luxe” interior.

Grey Walls isn’t a hotel, and it isn’t a holiday let – it’s the best of both. We’ve designed these suites for guests who want the elevated service and aesthetics of a boutique hotel, combined with the freedom and space of a private residence.
Each suite is fully self-contained, with its own kitchen, living space and carefully considered interiors – so whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay, it works around you.
